Job Summary
- The Validation Engineer is responsible for oversight of internal and customer-related validation and qualification activities. This role includes responsible for internal coordination, customer communication and the ability to conduct and analyze measurement and inspection data. Coordinates the calibration of measuring equipment. Supports and maintains core Quality Management System processes.
Responsibilities
- Draft and/or review validation protocols and reports, including managing interactions with related customers.
- Perform measurement system analysis, ensuring compliance with internal and project specific procedures.
- Perform and/or review daily production Quality inspections, and report risks and issues appropriately.
- Coordinate the calibration of measuring equipment.
- Support and maintain core Quality Management System processes.
- Perform and/or analyze first article inspections (FAI) and related documentation.
- Operation of vision systems, microscopes, calipers and other measurement tools.
- Issue NCMR’s and CAPA’s as needed.
- Promptly and accurately complete all required recordkeeping.
- Act as metrology subject matter expert, able to train others in specialized tasks as necessary.
- Demonstrate ability to lead within a work group.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Participate in preventive and corrective actions to improve process and product quality.
- Proactively participate in site lean engagement and activities.
- Provide timely feedback to operations as appropriate.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations.
- Comply with and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of internal and customer information.
Education and Experience
- College degree required, preferably in a technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience working in a Quality role preferred.
- Knowledge of injection molding and inspection of molded parts preferred.
- Ability to read and understand part drawings, including dimensioning and tolerances.
- Computer proficiency with MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

Job Summary
- The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for establishing and optimizing production processes including technical problem solving and trouble shooting in support of day-to-day operations in a medical device, clean room manufacturing environment. Additionally, this role includes leading and supporting a variety of continuous improvement, lean and automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimize manufacturing processes in an injection molding business.
- Lead the technical problem solving and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Able to assess electrical and mechanical systems, utilizing theoretical and practical approaches.
- Experience with mechanical design preferred, ideally though use of SolidWorks software.
- Assess controls systems for needed improvement, including PLC and vision system programming.
- Promptly and accurately complete all required recordkeeping.
- Act as metrology subject matter expert, able to train others in specialized tasks as necessary.
- Demonstrate ability to lead within a work group.

Job Summary
- The Process Technician is responsible for supporting production operations by providing timely and high-quality technical support. Specifically, optimizing production processes including technical problem solving and trouble shooting in support of day-to-day operations in a medical device, clean room manufacturing environment. Additionally, this role includes setup, changeover and documentation of a range of production process, primary related to injection molding.

Job Summary
- The CNC Machinist is responsible for utilizing machining and tool-making knowledge, to efficiently produce and inspect high precision prototype and production mold components to tight specifications. Perform diversified – simple and complex – CNC machining activities with high degree of quality in support of new tooling projects and maintenance/repair.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
- Perform specialized machining operations such as boring, turning, facing, reaming, grinding, milling and tapering.
- Perform bench work operations including de-burring, grinding, lapping, and polishing.
- Perform critical dimension inspections to tolerances of +/- .000050”.
- Interpret complex blueprints and 3D models to manufacture parts to specifications.
- Diagnose and address CNC equipment issues beyond the scope of regular maintenance.
- Adhere to requirements of ISO 13485 quality management system.
- Act as subject matter expert, able to train others in specialized tasks as necessary.
- Demonstrate ability to lead within a work group.
