The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing new customer opportunities, starting with lead generation and continuing through the proposal stage. The ideal candidate will be an established professional with in-depth industry experience and possess relevant technical and project management skills, and a track record of building relationships with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Initially, responsible for the following activities for both medical device and life sciences market segments. Later, focusing exclusively on life sciences.
- Driving lead generation, including active participation at trade shows, following up on web and referral inquires, and seeking logical targets.
- Managing lead qualification by facilitating necessary communications to understand and characterize the opportunity from a “real, win, worth” perspective.
- Coordinating timely execution throughout the quoting process by engaging internal and external stakeholders and following up post-quote on a consistent basis.
- Actively participate as a key member of the Sales & Marketing team, including recruiting, training and development.
- Develop the strategic sales plan based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization.
- Develop strategies and tactics for increasing market share within existing accounts and markets, while expanding into adjacent markets.
- Support the development and implementation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets.
- Responsible for the management of the CRM system and the content and accuracy of the sales funnel.
- Drive sales metrics for measuring progress and maintaining focus.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and customers to identify market needs and product solutions.
- Establish and maintain a strong network of relationships within key customers and the industry.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations.
- Comply with and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of internal and customer information.
Education and Experience
- College degree required, preferably in engineering or business.
- 5+ years of experience working in the MedTech or highly regulated field role preferred.
- Experience in a commercial role and knowledge of injection molding preferred.
- Computer proficiency with MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.

Job Summary
Operations of Injection molding equipment and Assembly Operations.
Responsibilities

Perform daily production operations inspections, and report concerns through the shift Supervisor.

Follow directions.

Promptly and accurately complete all required recordkeeping.

Maintain work areas and surrounding working areas in a clean, safe and organized state using 5S practices.

Maintain security and confidentiality of customer internal products and documentation.

Provide timely feedback to upstream and downstream operations as appropriate.

Proactively participate in site LEAN engagement and activities.
-
Participate in preventative and corrective actions to improve process and part quality.

Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations.

Comply and follow all company security policies and procedures.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
